Since joining Chemonics in 1998, President and CEO Jamey Butcher has served across a variety of roles and regions. Most recently, Jamey oversaw Chemonics’ global health and supply chain portfolio. In that capacity, he led efforts to implement sustainable supply chains, improve health service delivery, and scale up innovative approaches in developing country environments. He also championed the development of Chemonics’ knowledge sharing and learning hub that provides continual learning opportunities for Chemonics’ global network of more than 5,000 employees. Previously, he served as senior vice president of the Europe and Eurasia, Global Health, Africa, and then East Africa business units. In addition to diversifying and expanding the company’s portfolio, he developed a quality assurance approach to new business and trained staff in innovative enterprise development methods. While providing strategic management and operational oversight of Chemonics, Jamey draws from experience as a private sector development specialist with more than 20 years of experience in Eurasia, Latin America, and Asia. He has conducted technical assignments on international trade, competitiveness, and micro-, small, and medium enterprise development. He also served as chief of party of the Armenia Micro Enterprise Development Initiative (MEDI). Jamey received an M.A. from American University in international political economy and a B.A. in political science from Colorado State University.
Following decades of work in data, supply chain, and IT integration, Mani Janakiram is an accomplished senior executive and technologist who delivers solutions that enable growth and innovation. Mani currently provides vision and leadership insights at Intel Innovation Lab to strategically plan, lead, and deliver key solutions to customers that enable growth, innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness. Mani holds a Ph.D. in industrial systems engineering from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of International Management. Mani holds two patents and has published more than 75 papers on supply chain, statistical modeling, capacity modeling, data mining, and more.
Tom Derry is a strategic chief executive with a proven track record of delivering consistent revenue and profit growth. He has expertise in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, company integrations, driving organic growth through product development, forming profit-generating strategic alliances, strategic planning, and restructuring governance and operations. Since 2012, Tom has focused on implementing a data-driven, digital-first, technology-enabled product portfolio and service model. He is recognized for building a winning corporate culture by promoting empowerment and inclusion to meet objectives. Tom has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Strategic Account Management Association and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Supply Management in Tempe, Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Executive Vice President Christopher Scott has more than 20 years of experience managing international development projects. Christopher currently oversees Chemonics’ global health and supply chain portfolio. In that capacity, he leads efforts to implement sustainable supply chains, improve health service delivery, and scale up innovative approaches in developing country environments. Previously, he served as senior vice president of the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management Project (GHSC-PSM) where he provided strategic leadership to improve the availability of health commodities and technical assistance for supply chain system strengthening worldwide. He has served as chief of party for USAID projects in Ukraine and the West Bank and as senior vice president of Chemonics’ Middle East regional business unit. Early in his career, he acted as senior advisor and chief of party for projects in Belarus, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Yemen. Before joining Chemonics, he was a USAID democracy team leader in Jordan. Christopher holds a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School and an undergraduate degree from Marquette University.

Ramesh Rajeswaran is a seasoned supply chain leader with more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries in strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations strategy and management, and data analytics. Ramesh specializes in designing and operationalizing innovative supply chain solutions and has previously served in various roles on the USAID GHSC-PSM program including Procurement and Logistics Director and Operations Excellence Director, amongst others. As the President of Connexi, he leads the development and execution of organizational strategies and support clients to advance efficient and resilient supply chains. Ramesh holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) in France and a Master of Science in industrial management from Clemson University.

Rodolphe Peltier is a supply chain expert with more than 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing diverse initiatives to increase access to HIV/AIDS, malaria, and other essential medicines, supplies, and equipment in most regions of the world. He has a consistent track record of achievements and leadership in supply chain management, specifically for strategic sourcing and procurement programs, including project implementation, sourcing strategy, general operations management, technical assistance, capacity building, and policy development while complying with multiple donors and country requirements. Rodolphe’s gained extensive experience with complex supply chain processes having played roles such as the Deputy Global Supply Chain Director in GHSC-PSM program, Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Management at Catholic Relief Services, and Logistics Program Manager with Action Against Hunger, amongst others. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Accounting from the Ecole Preparatoire aux Examens Comptables de l’Etat (EPEC) in Paris, France, and holds a diploma in procurement and supply from the Fundación Institute for Careers and Innovation in Logistics and Supply Chain (ICIL) in Barcelona, Spain. He also has a certificate in public procurement from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

Sasi Kumar brings with him extensive experience and knowledge drawn from successfully managing the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products with national and multinational corporates across various therapeutic categories, including contraceptives, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, oncology, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensives, etc. Over the last 37 years, he has worked in global markets, from the launch to an enviable business volume through effective implementation of strategies, brand management, innovations, creativity, channel & supply chain management and cost control. He leads the strategic sourcing efforts for Connexi’s clients, leveraging his extensive supplier network and relationships, and in-country experience across Asia, Africa and Europe. Sasi holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mumbai University, and a Master’s in Marketing Management from Mumbai University.

Dale McAllister brings with him over 30-years of executive experience in IT, digital transformation and change management for major international companies, including KFC, Campbell Soup Company, and McDonalds. At Connexi, he leads the execution of digital strategies and oversees infrastructure development required for efficient supply chain operations. He holds an M.A. in Innovation and Change Leadership from the University of York, St. John, and a certificate in Design Thinking from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, in addition to being a certified project management professional and a PhD candidate focusing on Innovation Management.

Durga Prasad is a chartered accountant with experience in multiple aspects of finance and accounting, including financial reporting, digital transformation, team management, treasury management, auditing, and taxation. Additionally, Durga has a strong background in management information systems (MIS) reporting, and digital transformation initiatives within the business-to-business SaaS. Durga previously worked as the Assistant General Manager of finance at Page Industries Ltd. Durga holds a Master of Arts from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Kristina Cartwright has over 23 years of experience specializing in end-to-end federal contract administration and project management. She possesses comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition and assistance regulations. Kristina has managed teams supporting complex contracts and subcontracts and developing corporate and project policies, procedures, and tools, including enterprise risk and quality management frameworks. Prior to Connexi, Kristina worked at Chemonics in various corporate and project roles, including Director of the ERP Design Team and Sr. Risk Manager on the Global Health Supply Chain Procurement Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project. Kristina completed a certificate in Global Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Vasu Pazhoor is an advisory professional with 20+ years of experience across multiple aspects of international development, strategy, business transformation, and supply chain management. At Connexi, he leads Connexi’s growth and business development strategy and drives partnership efforts across the health, humanitarian, emergency response, and development sectors. Prior to his current role, Vasu was a Partner at KPMG Management Consulting and a Senior Engineer at Robert Bosch. Vasu holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Gianluca Bangara has more than 15 years of experience in international development and nonprofit management with a focus on business operations. Over his career, Gianluca has extensive experience building stakeholder relations, working with private and public partners and managing teams across geographies with non-profit organizations including FHI 360 and Pact. Vlad Mitchev is a seasoned finance professional and leader with executive-level experience in accounting and finance operations, cost and fund accounting, compliance with government awards regulations, financial and business analysis, ERP systems and systems implementation. Vlad also has experience in business transformation at companies ranging from start-ups to 1 billion USD in revenue. Prior to Connexi, Vlad was the Chief Financial Officer at Chemonics, and Senior Director of Technology and Management Consulting at RSM US LLP in Washington, DC. Vlad holds a Master of Business Administration from Universite De Metz.
